Reclaiming the Body, Redefining Wellness
Welcome to a space where we don’t shy away from the complexities and messiness of being human.
Where we honor the deep connection between mind, body, spirit and identity. Where we embrace all aspects of the lived experience without judgement or pressure to conform.
An identity-affirming space to challenge harmful systems, inspire curiosity, metabolize grief, and invite transformation.
In my practice, I work with you to bring to light those parts which society shuns, oppresses and silences so we might reclaim and befriend them. I emphasize a community-centered, decolonized and socially just framework to support real, integrative growth. Together, we explore the depths of life, death and everything in-between, through embodied awareness to foster resilience, emotional regulation and rediscovery of your authentic self. While grief, loss and the pain of transitions are an inherent part of the human experience, they are not ones meant to be carried alone. They are meant to be held in care, community and understanding, Together, we can create space to honor the grief that lives within your body so that you might metabolize it forward into a life well lived.
Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken, it’s about recognizing you were never broken to begin with. It’s about rediscovering who you are, who you have been, and where you came from—with all your complexity—with all your experiences, emotions, parts, and identities.
As a practitioner, I offer a direct, compassionate approach grounded in accessibility, inclusivity and grief processing. I center your unique identity, validating your lived experiences and honoring your truth so we might tap into your inner resources for growth, transformation and lasting change.
“You are not a broken thing that needs fixing. You are a whole being who deserves healing and growth.”
