  • Somatic Therapy

    Somatic therapy is an invitation to reconnect with your body, your wisdom and your whole being. It’s a process of honoring the fullness of the human experience, the messy, the tender, the imperfect, the powerful. Rooted in trauma-informed care and a decolonized, culturally humble approach, my work bridges mind, body, soul, ancestry and social context to support your healing.

    In our work together, I draw from a range of modalities, including humanistic, existential, transpersonal and DBT alongside biofeedback, somatics, and inclusive mindfulness practices and ethical touch practices. Together, we’ll explore your relationship to your body, helping you navigate life’s transitions, release limiting patterns and integrate all parts of your story.

    I specialize in grief integration, identity and neuro-affirming care, disability justice, chronic pain/illness, life transitions, PTSD and more. My approach is not about “fixing” but about rediscovering the wholeness of who you are and creating space for all parts of you to coexist.

    I strongly believe that this journey is a collaborative one, where your autonomy, consent, inner wisdom and lived experiences are always at the forefront. Together, we will work at your pace, embracing the discomforts and challenges along the way to help you reclaim your authentic self and deepen your connection with the world around you.

    At this time, I work with Adults and Elders, late-teens, and offer individual services only.

  • Grief & Loss Integration

    Grief is one of the most integral human emotions, woven deeply into our existence. Yet, in Western culture, it has often been cast aside, leaving us disconnected from ourselves and each other. Grief and loss are apart of our lives, in both the big and small moments, the individual and the collective. I specialize in grief and loss integration, honoring all forms of grief including disenfranchised and ancestral grief.

    Grief and loss were meant to be shared—held in community, not carried alone. To grieve in isolation can be debilitating, but when we come together, we create a space for integration.

    In our work together, we can connect and process both the seen and unseen losses, weaving compassion and connection to support the metabolizing of your grief as you rediscover yourself and how to carry forward. Grief is not something to be fixed or moved past, but something to be embraced in all its depth, richness and weight, as part of being human.

  • Pain Reprocessing Therapy

    Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) offers a transformative approach to chronic pain, helping you break free from the pain/fear cycle that often keeps you trapped. Many chronic pain conditions, such as fibromyalgia, back pain, and digestive disorders, are not only caused by physical injury and systemic harm, but also by the brain’s misinterpretation of bodily sensations as threats. PRT works to rewire the brain, shifting how it responds to pain and ultimately reducing pain intensity.

    In our sessions, we’ll explore your unique experience with pain and the fear or avoidance behaviors that often accompany it. Using a blend of neuroscience education, somatic awareness, and emotional processing, I guide you in reconnecting with your body in a compassionate, inclusive way, always honoring your lived experience.

    By addressing the pain/fear cycle, PRT empowers you to release chronic pain patterns, reconnect with your body, and reclaim the quality of life you deserve. I aim to translate PRT through an inclusive, trauma-informed lens that supports you in healing, not by "fixing" the pain, but by shifting your relationship to it, allowing you to step into a life with more freedom and ease.

  • Somatic Coaching

    Somatic coaching offers a practical, embodied approach to achieving your personal goals and navigating life’s transitions. By tapping into your body’s wisdom, we work together to identify what’s holding you back and cultivate new patterns of movement, thought, and feeling.

    With a focus on mindfulness, presence, and action, somatic coaching supports you in making lasting changes, whether it’s building resilience, enhancing self-awareness, or stepping into your true potential. This service is about empowering you to live with intention and move through life with more clarity, balance, and confidence.

  • Death Services

    I offer comprehensive and collaborative support for the dying process—from legacy projects and end-of-life planning to sitting vigil and living funerals.

    Together, we create rituals and hold space for embodied, intentional death, ensuring you can face the end of this life with presence and clarity.

    Whether the end is near or far, my goal is to help you address unresolved tasks and embrace both life and death fully so that you might die well and leave behind a meaningful legacy—whatever this might mean to you.

    Death services informs and complements my therapeutic practice, offering holistic care for all beings.

  • Pet Death Doula Services

    In addition to human death care, I offer compassionate support for the dying journey of your beloved pets and animals—those who are deeply woven into our family systems, hearts and bodies.

    From providing guidance on challenging decisions to holding space during the dying process, I ensure that your pet’s passing is as peaceful and dignified as possible. I offer support in creating rituals, saying goodbye, and navigating the grief of loosing a loved one. This service is rooted in presence, compassion, and the belief that every being deserves to pass with care and respect.

  • Mindfulness, Meditation & Yoga

    I offer trauma-informed, non-secular, culturally humble mindfulness, meditation, and yoga practices that are designed to be accessible, inclusive and integrate into your life. These practices are not about perfecting postures or achieving stillness, they are about meeting yourself where you are, with kindness, compassion, and a little bit of sass.

    Whether you’re new to these practices or looking to deepen your experience, my approach emphasizes creating a safe-enough space where you can explore bodily awareness, cultivate presence and find grounding within life’s challenges.

    Together, we’ll work to develop practices that support your well-being, help you build resilience, and find balance in a way that fits your unique needs and lifestyle.

  • Flower Essence Healing

    Flower essences offer a gentle, natural way to support emotional healing and personal growth. Through the vibrational energy of flowers, this work helps to balance your emotional state, release limiting patterns, and restore harmony.

    In our sessions, we’ll identify the emotional and energetic blocks you’re experiencing and choose flower essences that resonate with your needs. This practice is subtle yet profound, providing a safe and nurturing way to address emotional stress, grief, anxiety, and other challenges.

    Flower essence healing is accessible and can be easily integrated into your daily life as a gentle but effective tool for transformation, offering autonomy and active engagement with earth and energy within the healing process.
